INTRODUCTION

The Center of Awareness Global Peace Mission is a dynamic and socially-conscious non-governmental organization based in Ghana. Our organization is driven by a selfless and non-political approach, dedicated to serving humanity without discrimination based on color, race, status, or religious beliefs.

Founded in 1988 and officially registered as an NGO in 2000, our primary objective is to promote global peace by implementing life-changing programs that uplift the welfare and well-being of individuals. In line with this mission, we have developed a novel medicine known as COA Mixture which supports the body’s immune system to naturally fight against various infections. As a result, a new company, the COA Research and Manufacturing Limited Company was incorporated in 2020 to focus on research, production and marketing of plant and natural medicines.

OUR VISION

To see a peaceful nation and a world free from ethnic and political conflict, political and social injustices, religious intolerance, terrorism, dictatorship, poverty, greed, corruption, immorality and disease.

MISSION

The Center of Awareness aims to form peace groups in all nations in the world and to link them up into an International Movement for Peace (IMFP). It will also work closely with political, religious and ethnic leaders and health institutions to adopt and implement policies and programmes that will foster peace, unity and reconciliation among the people of this world and help address pertinent issues confronting peace.

BELIEFS

The Center of Awareness believes that all men are equally created by God but differently classified in the way of living their lives, thus making discrimination unnecessary. The Center firmly believes that people of this world must be involved in a new vision and that they should be given a new sense of direction in order to produce a positive change in attitude and perception about life.

OBJECTIVES

The Center of Awareness’ objectives are:

  • To form Peace Movements in the nations of the world to help deal with the pertinent issues confronting peace and reconciliation.
  • To develop programmes that will help address the social injustices and issues confronting the wellbeing of humanity.
  • To research and develop a drug that can treat and in the long run cure the diseases that affect the wellbeing of humanity, such as HIV/AIDS, various forms of cancers and other deadly diseases.

All these objectives are geared toward the implementation of the overall vision of the organization, that is, to help humanity attain peace, which is the Joy of God, who is the backbone of The Center of Awareness.
The Center of Awareness Global Peace Mission (COA GPM) has for the past thirty (30) years achieved some very remarkable results. These achievements were all due to the commitment of hardworking staff members. The Organization comprises four divisions. These are:

  • The Administration Staff at the Secretariat
  • Clinic Services
  • Research and Development
  • Crossing the Bridge

The Staff at the Secretariat, which serves as the Head Office of the Organization continues to coordinate and to provide direction to all the other units regularly. The relationship between the head office and the various units continues to improve daily. As a result, COA GPM can carry out its activities with success always.

The Center operates a clinic in Cape Coast and two health centres in Accra and Kumasi respectively. At these clinics, the clinical staff provide Diagnostic, Laboratory and Counselling services to our clients. The Clinics also serve as a sales point for COA FS. We are currently working on extending our clinical services to other parts of Ghana.

Our ultra-modern factory with a state-of-the-art machinery and a very dedicated staff produce COA FS by observing very high safety standards. As a result, COA FS is delivered to the market in its high-efficacy standard. Our aim is to enable us increase production to efficiently and effectively meet the expectations of our clients and the market worldwide.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the Foundation upon which the Center operates. CROSSING THE BRIDGE, is the spiritual arm of the organization. Daily, they pray, study and share God’s word and undertake other Christian outreach programmes.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE YEARS

On 3rd September 2016, we officially launched COA FS into the market as a Dietary Supplement to boost the immune system to fight variety of diseases. This was after the Foods and Drugs Authority, Ghana, approved it as safe and efficacious for humans.

As part of efforts aimed at realizing our objectives, the Annual Public Lecture was introduced.

The first Public Lecture was held on 26th March 2018 at UCC Auditorium 900.

The second Public Lecture was held on the 19th December, 2018 at the Accra International Conference Center.

The well patronized event saw the presentation of a White Paper on COA FS to the President of Ghana. It was received on his behalf by a representative of the Chief Justice.

The third Public Lecture took place on the 19th December 2019 at Auditorium 900, University of Cape Coast. This Lecture will also included the Launch of “A Violence-Free Election 2020″ campaign. For Further info. click here

This years’ event which took place on the 3rd October, 2019 was attended by honoured guests from diverse diplomatic, governmental, business and cultural organizations from Ghana, Pakistan, Egypt, Brazil, Germany, Poland and Ukraine.

Considering the wonderful contribution of the COA GPM towards global peace, the Alfred Nobel University has engaged the COA GPM through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to work on the following:
1. Promote Peace, Unity and Reconciliation worldwide
2. Arrange Peace Advocacy Campaign on the international level
3. Enhance peacekeeping component in education
4. Contribute in enhancing the national and international policy framework for peace and reconciliation

WHERE ARE WE NOW?

The COA GPM has applied to the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) of Ghana and has got an approval for the commencement of the clinical trials for COA 72, which is believed to be a potential cure for HIV. The COA GPM has duly submitted the relevant documents to that effect.

The COA GPM is outsourcing the clinical trials to the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, Legon. A research fund to mobilize adequate funds to be able to support the clinical trials has been launched in Accra recently. During the launch, governments, donor organizations and individuals were urged to contribute to support the research.

Ghana stands to make a lot of money, create jobs and bring relief to its citizens and people all over the world.

WHERE WE ARE GOING

In the next five years, The COA GPM is bringing the message of Tolerance, Reconciliation and Peace to the nations of the world. This is expected to be achieved through our Peace Clubs around the world and by working with leadership globally.

The permanent cure for HIV/AIDS and other incurable diseases will give millions of families peace of mind as they will be hopeful of a cure just like Malaria.
